Everyday, I was thinking what to blog since I am hoping to see some opportunities here later. But everytime I sit to begin typing in my keyboard like what I am doing now, my mind goes blank and I can hardly compose a post worth-publishing. The reason? I am sleepy.
Feeling sleepy has always been my bad habit since I started to work. I really lack sleep because my average sleeping hour at night is 3 hours, huh! It's not healthy, indeed! And Dr. RLR has been reminding me about it.
Good thing is there's RLR Squalene to my rescue. It helps me to be able to stand infront of the class (after a night with just 30 minutes nap) teaching the lessons for the day though I am already half-asleep.:-)
But it's still not excused - LACK OF SLEEP is not good to health!
