A church from the third-world country, Philippines now owns this property.

The Iglesia Ni Cristo, or Church of Christ made the purchase for $700,000 as can be verified at the Pennington  County records.

However, the property remains idle to date and the church remains mum on its intended use or development plans.

The Iglesia Ni Cristo, based in Quezon CityPhilippines is currently spearheaded  by  Eduardo V. Manalo, grandson of Felix Y. Manalo,   church registrant and foremost  missionary in July 27 1914.

For over 97 years since its humble beginning, the church has already expanded to 95 countries and territories creating beautiful landmarks with its splendid edifices.
